These terms govern your use of leads.farvigo.com and the AI Lead Capture service ("Service") provided by AI Lead Lab, a product of Farvigo ("we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing the Service, you agree to these terms.
AI Lead Capture is a one-time setup where we build and install an AI chat assistant, quote/contact form, and lead-alert system on your website. Deliverables are described on the Site at the time of purchase.
The 10-minute AI-readiness audit is provided free of charge and creates no obligation to purchase. We may follow up with an offer; you may decline at any time.
Fees are listed in INR (Cashfree) or USD (PayPal). Payment is processed by the respective provider. By paying, you authorize the charge. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of payment and required access. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing technology and templates. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered assistant on your website. You own the lead data you collect.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or revenue. AI responses are generated automatically; you remain responsible for reviewing and acting on leads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend the Service for non-payment or misuse. You may stop using it at any time. Sections on IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
