We stand behind the free audit. You only pay after seeing it, so you can judge the fit before purchasing. This policy explains refunds for the paid AI Lead Capture service.

1. Free audit

The AI-readiness audit is free and non-refundable only because nothing is charged. If you're unsure, start here.

2. Paid service — satisfaction guarantee

If, within 7 days of delivery, the installed assistant does not work as described (e.g. chat, form, or alerts fail on your site), contact us and we will either fix it promptly or issue a full refund.

3. Eligible refund requests

• The Service was not delivered (e.g. no assistant installed) after payment and access provided.
• A critical deliverable is broken and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.

4. Non-refundable

• Change of mind after a working delivery.
• Failure caused by your website changes, revoked access, or third-party platform issues outside our control.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

5. How to request

Email managercmj93@gmail.com with your business name and a short description. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most issues are resolved faster directly.
